Weekly Essentials Plan

​4 hours weekly, $320/week 

Minimum 2 hr. visits each

​​Flexible Scheduling Examples:

Monday 9-11am, Thursday 1-3pm

What Can Be Included: 

Customized to your specific needs & wants

  • Laundry folded, & neatly put away

  • Kitchen & main living areas reset (non‑deep clean)

  • Trash/recycling handled

  • Grocery pickup or shopping from a list

  • Groceries unloaded & put away

  • Pharmacy pickup or simple local errands

  • Pet help (quick walk, feeding, water refresh)

Lifestyle Ease Plan

​8 hours weekly, $640/week 

Minimum 2 hr. visits each

​​Flexible Scheduling Examples:

Monday 9-1am, Thursday1-5 pm

Mon 10-12pm, Tues 1-3pm, Thurs 2-4pm, Fri 8-10 am​​

What Can Be Included: 

Customized to your specific needs & wants

  • Laundry dry, fold + put away

  • Bedroom & bathroom tidy reset (non‑deep clean)

  • Kitchen reset (dishes loaded/unloaded, counters cleared)

  • Trash/recycling

  • Light organizing (mail, pantry refresh, quick declutter)

  • Grocery shopping or pickup + put away

  • Pharmacy runs, returns, drop‑offs

  • Appointment transportation (non‑medical)

  • Household restock (water, paper goods, pet supplies)

Premiere Support Plan

​12 hours weekly, $960/week 

Minimum 2 hr. visits each

$150 per visit (45–60 minutes)

Prescriptions, returns, drop-offs, post office, pet grooming appointments, etc.

What types of services do you provide?

Silver Key Concierge provides non-medical home support designed to make everyday life easier. Services include laundry (wash, fold, put away), grocery shopping and put-away, errands and pharmacy pickup, light home resets, organization, pet support, and appointment transportation (non-medical).

 

Is this medical or personal care?

No. Silver Key Concierge is not a medical or personal care service. We do not provide hands-on personal care, administer medications, or offer clinical services. Our focus is household support, organization, and routine assistance.

Who typically uses your services?

Clients include independent adults who want help managing day-to-day tasks, families supporting a parent or loved one, adult children coordinating care from out of state,  and households that value privacy, consistency, and trust.  Services are customized to each home’s needs.

How does scheduling work?

Services are provided by appointment. Many clients choose a weekly support plan with a consistent day and time each week, which helps maintain routine and continuity. À la carte and priority visits are also available based on scheduling.

Do I have the same person each visit?

Yes. Silver Key Concierge is intentionally kept small so clients receive consistent, familiar support rather than rotating helpers. This builds trust and comfort in the home.

How do you handle access to the home?

Access is arranged in advance through a key, garage code, or client presence. All access details are handled discreetly, and clients are encouraged to secure valuables and personal documents, as they would with any trusted service provider.

What is a Starter Visit, and why do you recommend it?

The Starter Visit ($199 / up to 2 hours) allows us to learn your home, routines, and priorities. It’s an easy way to see what support is most helpful before committing to ongoing service for both parties, and most clients find it makes future visits more efficient.

Can family members receive updates?

Yes, with the client’s permission. Many families appreciate brief check-in updates after visits, especially when coordinating support from a distance. Communication preferences are discussed during intake.  Some packages include visit updates.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled visit minimum.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit minimum.

Chronic cancellations may result in loss of reserved weekly time slots.

What areas do you serve?

Silver Key Concierge currently serves Cheval and Avila neighborhoods in Lutz, Florida, with limited availability to ensure personalized, high-quality service.

 

Why is availability limited?

Limiting availability allows us to provide consistent, attentive service without over-scheduling. This ensures each client receives reliable care, unrushed visits, and a calm, professional experience.

How do I pay?

We accept credit or debit card with electronic invoicing. Weekly support plans are billed weekly through a recurring billing arrangement for ease and consistency. Payment is due at the time of service for à la carte visits.  For families coordinating care, an adult child or designated contact may manage billing on behalf of the client.

Who Is Silver Key Concierge  

Silver Key Concierge was created after I recognized a need close to home. While helping a few neighbors with everyday tasks, and navigating the reality of supporting my own dad while living out of state, it became clear how meaningful it is to have someone trustworthy and consistent in the home.

As a widowed mom of two girls, having purpose and giving back matters deeply to me. Silver Key Concierge allows me to do just that - by offering thoughtful, reliable support that helps people stay comfortable and confident in their own homes.

This work is personal, intentional, and rooted in care.
